Description
This contract awards L & L HAULING LLC the responsibility for a full‑scale nuisance abatement demolition at 553 Live Oak Street, Mobile, AL. The scope requires wet demolition of existing structures, utility disconnections and capping, comprehensive site cleanup, erosion‑control BMP installation, hazardous‑material (lead‑based paint and asbestos) management, and final site stabilization with proof of completion. The contractor must submit proof of E‑Verify enrollment, insurance certificates, and a signed agreement within two days of contract issuance, begin permitting within three business days of receiving the NTP, and complete all work within 30 calendar days thereafter. Liquidated damages of $250 per day apply if completion extends beyond 15 days past substantial completion, and termination may occur after 45 days of non‑completion.
