ROAD MATERIALS: CONCRETE AND FLOWABLE BACKFILL

This contract is a multi‑level, term‑type agreement for the supply of hydraulic cement concrete (four PSI classes), cement treatment material, and flowable backfill to Cameron County road projects across five geographic zones. The County may award up to three suppliers; the current award includes two concrete suppliers, VMK Concrete and Magic Valley Concrete, LLC. Prices are quoted per cubic yard (concrete and backfill) and per ton (cement treatment) with zone‑specific rates. The base period runs from July 1 2025 through July 30 2026, with two optional one‑year extensions.
