SWR - Operations Center Transformer Access Walkway

The contract is for the construction of a walkway and platform to provide access to transformers and switches at the Operations Center. The work includes approximately 100 feet of thickened-edge concrete sidewalk, 25 feet of normal sidewalk, and a 400 square foot concrete pavement access platform. A removable safety railing is also included in the scope of work. The engineer's estimate for the project is $75,000.00. • The project location is 1802 75th Street SW, Everett, WA, Snohomish County. • Contractors must be on the District's Small Works Roster and currently prequalified for Category: "Concrete Construction" or "General Construction" prior to bidding. • Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website. • A pre-bid meeting was scheduled for July 20, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. to allow a site inspection and to answer questions regarding the scope of work, site conditions, and any matters of general concern.
