Engineering Services for Improvements to Hampstead Wastewater Treatment Plant

The contract is for engineering services for improvements to the Hampstead Wastewater Treatment Plant. The SOQ should be submitted in one PDF document and must not exceed ten one-sided 8.5” x 11” size sheets.
