Description
This contract encompasses the replacement and repair of residential sanitary sewer services for the Rock River Water Reclamation District in Rockford, Illinois. The scope includes installing cleanouts at more than 90 residential locations, replacing service lines at a smaller set of addresses, performing exploratory excavations where service points differ from survey markers, and restoring all disturbed private and public property (sidewalks, driveways, landscaping, fences). All work must comply with Illinois plumbing codes, district technical specifications, and includes strict safety and traffic‑control measures, tree‑removal permits, and notification requirements. The contract is a lump‑sum, firm‑fixed‑price award to N‑Trak Group with a final completion deadline of 31 Oct 2018 and a liquidated‑damage penalty of $300 per day for late completion.
