Job Order Contracts (JOC), Infrastructure and Facilities JOC 18-01 and Infrastructure and Facilities JOC 18-02

This contract is for Job Order Contracts (JOC) for infrastructure and facilities projects in San Luis Obispo County. The contract is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract with a one-year contractual period. The contractor will provide management, labor, materials, equipment, and engineering support to perform the work. The contract includes a Construction Task Catalog (CTC) with established unit prices.
