Description
The City of Livermore is seeking a contractor to provide hillside rehabilitation services on the eastern side of Holmes Street. The contract involves furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform the rehabilitation services in accordance with the City's specifications and conditions. The contract was initially put out for bid, but due to a lack of responses, it was decided to reject the proposal and rebid the service contract. The City has updated the specifications to receive direction from the committee, which may include breaking up specific services.
• The contract requires the contractor to provide a pricing schedule and a summary of qualifications.
• The contractor must attend a pre-proposal conference and tour of the worksite.
• The contract will be awarded based on the City's Purchasing Ordinance, Section 2.68.590.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals presented and may re-advertise for bids/proposals.
