Description
The County of Fresno is soliciting bids to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for energy-related services. The selected vendors will be responsible for providing turnkey energy system efficiency and operational efficiency programs, including comprehensive energy audits, guaranteed savings analysis, project recommendations, design construction, and financing of capital improvements. The contract is expected to be awarded to multiple vendors, who will be contacted to provide an initial no-fee comprehensive energy audit and savings analysis for approximately 190 County-owned and/or leased buildings.
