South Cedar Creek Benefit District Phase II & Phase III Sanitary Sewer Improvements

The contract is for the construction of South Cedar Creek Benefit District Phase II & Phase III Sanitary Sewer Improvements, with a contract award amount of $1,015,774.00. The work consists of the construction of approximately 7,400 linear feet of 8” to 21” sanitary sewer gravity main, 22 manholes, and 169 linear feet of jack & bore, including trenching, backfill, and all other work necessary to complete the project. The project is located north and west of 175th Street and Hedge Lane in Johnson County, Kansas.
