Swift Boulevard Corridor Improvements

The City of Richland's Swift Boulevard Corridor Improvements project involves the removal of structures and obstructions, roadway excavation, placement of crushed surfacing, water and sewer main lines and services, new conduit placement, new storm drain systems, curb and gutter and curb return ramps, street light system, traffic signal systems, surfacing with hot mix asphalt, and site restoration. The project was put out for bid, but all bids were rejected at the August 7, 2018 City Council meeting. • The project includes various infrastructure improvements along Swift Boulevard. • The City of Richland is committed to affirmative action and equal opportunity in all its contracts. • The project was advertised for bid, but no contract was awarded due to the rejection of all bids.
