Description
The Town of Exeter issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking professional consulting services to assess and develop groundwater resources and to evaluate the existing surface‑water treatment plant. The scope includes data collection, hydrogeologic analysis, land‑ownership review, field investigations, preparation of technical reports, water‑conservation planning, and a phased capital‑improvement program for both groundwater and surface water systems. The selected consultant will also conduct required meetings, draft and final report presentations, and will be responsible for delivering all data and documentation to the town. A total budget of $600 K was approved by voters, and the award went to Underwood Engineers, Inc.
