Description

The contractor must also restore the site with top‑soil, seeding, mulching, and install permanent stabilization measures, and publish a final‑completion notice in a local newspaper. The work must be completed within 15 calendar days after a notice to proceed, with a $250 per day liquidated‑damage charge for late completion.
