RANCHO VISTOSO BOULEVARD AT VISTOSO HIGHLANDS DRIVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS

The contract is for the installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard and Vistoso Highlands Drive, along with the construction of approximately 1,700 feet of sidewalk. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the traffic signal, conduit, median cuts, ramps, resurfacing, striping, signing, sidewalk, and utility coordination. The contract was awarded to Pavex Corporation in the amount of $496,535.50. • The project is located in the Town of Oro Valley, Arizona. • The project limits are from south of the intersection of Rancho Vistoso Blvd. and Vistoso Highlands Dr. to the intersection of Rancho Vistoso Blvd. and Morning Vista Dr. • A pre-bid conference was held on Nov 10, 2014, at the Oro Valley Town Hall. • The contract includes the installation of a new traffic signal and the construction of sidewalks.
