This contract provides Radford University with ready‑mix concrete on an as‑needed basis for campus construction and maintenance projects. The agreement is a one‑year renewal (July 2026‑July 2027) that retains the original scope and specifications while allowing a material price increase for this renewal only. Pricing is set on a per‑cubic‑yard unit‑price basis, with additional fees for small loads, mixing, fuel surcharge, and zone deliveries.
