Repaint the Interior Areas of Williams Elementary School

The contract is for the repainting of the interior areas of Williams Elementary School. The base bid includes the patching, repairing, and repainting of the entire Media Center, which is approximately 3,292 square feet. The base bid also includes the Media Center office space and all of the classrooms, offices, and support rooms in Pod No. 400. There are also several alternate bids, which include the repainting of additional areas of the school. The contract also includes an allowance of $3,000 for the more extensive reconstruction of surfaces that can reasonably be anticipated. • The base bid includes the patching, repairing, and repainting of the entire Media Center and Pod No. 400. • The alternate bids include the repainting of additional areas of the school, including POD 300, POD 200, POD 100, POD 600, and POD 700, as well as the Gymnasium. • The contract includes an allowance of $3,000 for the more extensive reconstruction of surfaces that can reasonably be anticipated. • The unit price for the complete repair of surfaces and repainting of 100 SqFt of additional wall surfaces beyond the Base Bid conditions is also included in the contract.
