Pump & Motor Repairs- Piggyback Indian River County Contract #RFP 2019056

The City of Port St. Lucie has entered into a piggyback agreement with Florida Armature Works, Inc. to provide motor and pump repair services. The contract is based on Indian River County's contract with the same vendor, and the City has the authority to enter into this agreement pursuant to Amendment One authorized by the IRC on December 7, 2021. The contract term is from August 13, 2019, to August 12, 2022. The vendor will provide services to the City's Utility Systems Department. • The contract includes provisions for public records, notice, and termination. • The City's liability is limited to the monetary amounts set forth in s. 768.28, Florida Statutes. • The vendor must comply with public records laws and keep and maintain public records required by the City. • The contract may not be modified except by mutual agreement in writing and signed by the parties.
