Sod - Picked Up & Delivered

The City of Palm Bay, Florida, has awarded a contract for the purchase of sod, including Bahia, Floratam, Hydroseed Contractor Mix, and Hydromulch. The contract also includes Hydroseeding services. The City requires both a delivered and a picked up price, as well as pricing for installation, if needed. The contract was awarded to two vendors: Green Thumb Landscaping, Inc and Nail Farms. The key points of this contract include: • The City reserves the right to award to multiple contractors if determined to be in the City's best interest. • Orders will be placed as-needed. • The City will not allow any pallet charges from Contractor(s). • There will be no minimum order restrictions placed on the City by the contractor for any items awarded for City staff pick up. • Quantities listed on the Quote Form identify estimated annual usage for the initial contract term. • The City may add new materials to the contract or delete materials that are no longer required during the contract period.
