Description
This contract concerns the creation and publication of two weekly newspaper advertisements that list approximately 1,200 forfeited parcels in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, as required by state law. The printer must produce the ads, provide proof of publication, deliver invoices, and supply copies of each newspaper ad. A newspaper of general circulation will also be engaged to run the ads on the scheduled dates.
• Scope: Produce two newspaper ads (one per week) listing parcel number, case number, owner name, and opening bid, plus statutory notice.
• Timeline: Change deadline for the first ad – July 19, 2024 (noon); first ad publication – July 25, 2024; change deadline for second ad – July 26, 2024 (noon); second ad publication – August 1, 2024.
