High Bay Research Facility - East Yard & Chemical Storage Building

The University of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to modify the east storage yard and install a prefabricated storage building, along with associated landscaping. The project is expected to be completed in two phases, with the first phase completing on December 31, 2019, and the second phase completing on June 30, 2020. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the plans and specifications provided. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. • The project includes modifications to the east storage yard and the installation of a prefabricated storage building. • The project also includes associated landscaping and site work. • The contractor will be required to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the plans and specifications provided. • The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. • The contractor will be required to provide a bid bond and a WY Residency Certificate. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
