BC-Bid-22-46 - AS NEEDED UTILITY CONSTRUCTION & BRIDGE & CULVERT REPAIR COOP

This contract is for as-needed utility construction and bridge and culvert repairs in Bergen County, New Jersey. The contract period is from March 1, 2023, to February 28, 2025, with the possibility of renewal. The vendor, J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc., has agreed to provide unit prices that are firm unless otherwise stated, and to make their products and county contract prices available to all local government jurisdictions that are enrolled in the County's Registered Cooperative Programs. The key aspects of this contract include: • Unit prices quoted shall be firm unless otherwise stated • The vendor shall make their products and county contract prices available to all local government jurisdictions • Deliveries are to be made within the time period stated on the Price Information Sheet • The vendor must accept written Purchase Orders or authorized verbal requests from authorized personnel • Emergency deliveries are to be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of a telephone request from authorized personnel
