S Royle Rd, S 15th Street to S 5th Way

The City of Ridgefield, Washington, has awarded a contract to Western United Civil Group LLC for the construction of S Royle Road from approximately 460 LF north of S 15th Street north to the Legacy Town Center entrance. The project includes the construction of a roadway, excavation, embankment construction, paving with HMA and concrete, curb, sidewalk, stormwater collection/conveyance/treatment, water main, signing, striping, illumination, landscape improvements, retaining walls, and joint utility trench. The contract amount is $5,218,758.73, and the contract duration is approximately 516 days. The contract includes a payment bond and performance bond, both of which are issued by Markel Insurance Company.
