The City of Bellevue is seeking consultants to provide engineering services for three separate contracts related to the improvement of 124th Avenue NE between NE 8th Street and NE Spring Boulevard. The contracts include the design and construction of a separated ped-bike facility, the widening of the existing roadway, and the replacement of Seattle City Light towers.
