Description
The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, and all appurtenances for residential and commercial demolition services. The contractor will be responsible for removing, transporting, and disposing of debris, as well as restoring the site. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The contractor must be experienced in performing the scope of work in accordance with the specifications and meet all minimum qualification requirements.
• The pricing proposed shall include all labor, fuel, transportation, insurance, equipment, materials, and all other incidentals to complete the scope of service.
• The City will not accept nor consider alternate submittal packages proposing additional or different services.
• The contract is for an indefinite period, with the City having the option to renew or terminate the contract as needed.
