RESURFACING OF CORY CIRCLE PLAYGROUND

The City of Olathe is seeking a qualified company to perform the resurfacing of the Cory Circle Playground. The contract includes the resurfacing of the play structure and swings area, with a total price of $25,080.80. The contract is funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) monies awarded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The successful company will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. • The contract includes the resurfacing of the play structure with synthetic turf and a 2" fall pad. • The contract includes the resurfacing of the swings area with engineered wood fiber (EWF). • The contract is funded by CDBG monies awarded through HUD. • The successful company will be required to comply with applicable Federal, State, County, and Municipal laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances, executive orders, and directives.
