Drain/Pipeline clearing and repair services project

The Town of Fountain Hills has awarded a contract to On Services, LLC d/b/a Pipeliners USA, LLC for drain/pipeline clearing and repair services. The contract is valued at $72,500 and will run from May 18, 2023, to December 1, 2023. The scope of work includes descaling and installing a permanent solution epoxy liner in the mainline drains of the community center and library. The contractor will use a Brawoliner Liner, which is expected to last 50+ years. The contract also includes a warranty for 50 years, provided that the pipe is not damaged by chemical drain cleaners or other means. • The contract includes a detailed scope of work, including the descaling and lining of mainline drains. • The contractor is required to maintain certain insurance policies, including commercial general liability and workers' compensation insurance. • The contract includes a termination clause, which allows the Town to terminate the contract for convenience or for cause. • The contractor is required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration and labor. • The contract includes a dispute resolution clause, which requires the parties to attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation and mediation before resorting to litigation.
