Field Site Master Plan for Tucson Water

The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to EMA, Inc. for the provision of professional services to create and implement a new Master Plan for the SCADA system. The scope of work includes project management, division/section workshops, site visits, and research. The contract has a term of completion, and the City has the option to renew the contract. The contract value is estimated to be $1,611,000. Key personnel are required to be assigned to the project, and the contractor must agree not to remove or replace them without written notice to and concurrence by the City. The contract includes provisions for insurance, contract modifications, and dispute resolution.
