Mud Lake Hand Cut and Strip Felling

The State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is seeking a contractor to provide hand cut and strip felling services. The contract has a total value of $90,640.00 and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project performance time is from June 14th to July 15th, 2024. The contractor will be required to perform all specifications and requirements within the Attachment B Scope of Work, including meeting any timeframes. The contractor must also have previous experience with hand thinning and strip felling. Some key points to consider are: • The contractor must guarantee its pricing for the period described in the IFB. • The contractor must accept the Standard Terms and Conditions that have been attached to this IFB. • The contractor must review and respond to the Prerequisites, Buyer Attachments, Questions, and Items sections of this IFB. • The contractor must submit product samples to assist the chief procurement officer or head of a procurement unit with evaluating whether a procurement item meets the specifications and other requirements set forth in the invitation to bid. • The contractor must work according to Attachment B Scope of Work. • The contractor must have a complete understanding of the requirements of this project. • The contractor must inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance.
