CMAR PPV-10-2501 Creswell Hall Renovation

The University of Georgia is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing construction management at-risk services for the renovation of Creswell Hall, a high-rise residence hall. The project includes reconfigured living and program spaces, collaborative community spaces, exterior envelope maintenance and improvements, ADA improvements, and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The contract is expected to begin in May 2027 and be completed by the Fall 2028 semester.
