Description
The City of Olathe, Kansas, is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional services for various stormwater improvement projects in established neighborhoods throughout Olathe. The scope of work includes topographic surveys, legal description preparations for easements, cost estimates, utility coordination, attending neighborhood meetings, contract book and construction plans preparation, bidding services, and construction management. The goal of the project is to address localized drainage issues that cause residential home flooding or erosion of property.
