DESIGN-ASSIST AND CONSTRUCTION OF AQUIFER STORAGE AND RECOVERY WELLS 13 (CAMPUS OAKS) AND 19 (MISTY WOOD) PROJECT

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for the design-assist construction of aquifer storage and recovery wells 13 (Campus Oaks) and 19 (Misty Wood). The project involves the construction of both wells together as part of this construction contract. The city intends to award a contract to Auburn Constructors for the subject project, pending City Council approval. • The project was previously advertised in October and rescinded, but the plans and specifications have been advanced to completion and the contractor minimum qualifications were updated. • A pre-bid conference was held on January 6, 2025, to share major components of the project, objectives, and RFP/Proposal process information. • The city shared documents related to the project, including the RFP, specifications, and drawings. • Addendums were issued to the RFP, including Addendum 1, Addendum 2, Addendum 3, and Addendum 4.
