Traffic Sign Inventory & Condition Assessment

The City of Allentown issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a traffic sign inventory and condition assessment. The contract was awarded to Transconomy LLC. The scope of work includes conducting a right-of-way asset inventory on all 421 centerline miles of roadway throughout the City of Allentown, as well as providing a location and condition of all right-of-way roadway signs. The contract also includes optional services for a pavement marking inventory and condition assessment. The City of Allentown will not execute a contract with a vendor that has not obtained a valid business license or has failed to provide the required insurance. • The contract was awarded via resolution by Allentown City Council on May 1, 2024. • The City of Allentown requires vendors to obtain a valid business license and provide required insurance. • The contract includes optional services for a pavement marking inventory and condition assessment. • The City of Allentown will receive sealed bids online via Public Purchase. • Vendors must submit proposals online, and those who fail to submit complete applications will not be considered for award.
