Cactus Park Aerial Seeding (WRI #5755, #4862)

The State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is seeking a vendor to provide aerial seeding services for 2,270.3 acres of land near Blanding, Utah. The project must be completed between October 10 and October 25, 2024. The vendor must provide aerial seeding services according to the scope of work outlined in Attachment B. The contract was awarded to the lowest bidder, Hammond Helicopter, with a bid of $29,513.90. • The contract requires the vendor to have a global positioning system to establish flight lines for 100% coverage. • The vendor must provide aerial seeding services for two areas: Cactus Park and Cedar Park SITLA. • The contract has a duration of 15 days. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and liability coverage. • The vendor must have all necessary licenses and permits to perform the work.
