Description
The City of Olathe is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of smart trash carts and yard waste carts on an as-needed and as-requested basis. The contract includes the purchase of 35-gallon, 65-gallon, and 95-gallon smart trash carts, as well as 95-gallon yard waste carts. The delivery of the carts will be made F.O.B. Olathe, Kansas, and the City reserves the right to pick up or transport the carts at its discretion. The key features of the contract include:
