County/Courts Alternate Dispute Resolution Services

The County of Santa Barbara is seeking a qualified contractor to provide low-cost alternate dispute resolution services throughout the county. The services will be provided in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Programs Act of 1986 and the California Business & Professions Code Section 465 et seq. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2025, and the selected vendor will be required to provide mediation, conciliation, and arbitration services.
