Upper Miller Creek & Martin Creek Culverts

The contract is for the removal and disposal of two old culverts, purchasing and installing new culverts, backfilling, compacting, riprap placement, constructing rock barriers, stream repair, road widening, reseeding, and other excavation work. The contract term is from execution to November 30, 2026. The location of the project is in the Talley Lake district of the Flathead National Forest, approximately 9.4 air miles west of Olney, Montana. The contractor will be required to provide a lump sum total to complete the entire project according to the requirements in the Scope of Work. • The project involves environmental services, including stream restoration and road maintenance. • The contractor will be required to comply with Montana Prevailing Wage Requirements and Montana Business Construction Prevailing Wage Requirements. • The contractor will be required to register with the Secretary of State and provide proof of registration. • The contractor will be required to provide a statement setting forth in detail the basis for their determination if they determine that the provisions of 30-20-301, MCA do not apply to them or the contract. • The contract will be awarded to the apparent successful offeror, which is Top Gun Construction. • The contract is for a lump sum total, and the contractor will be required to provide a lump sum total to complete the entire project.
