Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Affordable Housing Development

The City of Richland issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development of affordable housing by a non-profit, public housing authority, or a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO). The RFP aims to encourage respondents who are Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises or Section 3 Business Enterprises to submit proposals.
