Bridge Snooper

This contract calls for the rental of a specialized inspection unit (“Bridge Snooper”) to support bridge inspections across multiple bridges in Cuyahoga County during the mid‑to‑late summer months. The rental fee must be all‑inclusive, covering travel, labor, overnight costs, and any contingencies.
