Cherry Hills Manhole Replacement

The City of Palm Bay, Florida, awarded a contract for the Cherry Hills Manhole Replacement project to Gregori Construction, Inc. The project involves the demolition and replacement of a sanitary sewer manhole, as well as the installation of new PVC sanitary sewer pipe and pavement restoration. The contract amount is $98,900.00. The project is expected to include the following scope of work: • Demolition of a portion of Port Malabar Boulevard • Excavation to access the failing sanitary sewer manhole • Removal of four 20 linear feet sections of 8” VCP gravity sewer pipe • Installation of a new sanitary sewer manhole • Installation of four 20 linear feet sections of 8” PVC SDR 35 sanitary sewer pipe • Pavement restoration of a 587.6 square yard area on Port Malabar Boulevard.
