This RFSQ is for the Central Area Community Wildfire Defense Grant, with the goal of obtaining statements of qualifications from companies interested in providing vital strategies to reduce fire hazards within communities. The selected consultant will aid in developing the Community Fire Hazard Mitigation Methodology for Central Utah. The RFSQ includes prerequisites, buyer attachments, and questions that vendors must review and respond to in order to submit their statement of qualifications.
• The prerequisites section contains the objective criteria used to evaluate the statement of qualifications.
• The buyer attachments section contains the required State of Utah Terms and Conditions, General Provisions, and additional required forms.
• The questions section contains the questions that vendors are required to answer in order to submit their statement of qualifications.
Vendors must review each section carefully and provide their qualifications, experience, and other relevant information to be considered for the contract.
