Homestead Park Reconstruction

The City and Borough of Juneau, Engineering Department, has awarded a contract for the reconstruction of Homestead Park. The contract includes the reconstruction of the timber deck and stairs, as well as other miscellaneous improvements. The contract was awarded to Dawson Construction, LLC, for a total amount of $641,467.00. The contractor is required to execute and return two original copies of the Agreement and Bonding forms to the Engineering Department Contracts office. The contract also requires the contractor to provide a new insurance certificate when the policies are renewed. • The contract includes the reconstruction of the timber deck and stairs at Homestead Park. • The contract also includes other miscellaneous improvements, such as mobilization, traffic control, demolition and disposal, erosion, and sediment control. • The contractor is required to execute and return two original copies of the Agreement and Bonding forms to the Engineering Department Contracts office. • The contractor is also required to provide a new insurance certificate when the policies are renewed.
