Vault Toilet Installations at Glendo and Guernsey State Parks and Curt Gowdy State Park

The contract is for vault toilet installations at Glendo and Guernsey State Parks and Curt Gowdy State Park. The contractor shall visit the site and become thoroughly familiar with the conditions affecting the work. No extra payments will be allowed on account of extra work made necessary by their failure to do so. The bid documents and attachments are available for download. The contract was awarded to Boom Concrete, Inc. The scope of work includes the installation of vault toilets at the specified state parks. • The contractor is responsible for reviewing their bid response documents for errors before submitting their bid. • The bid bond or cashier check must be received in the Purchasing Office by the deadline. • The contractor must upload their bid response documents to the Public Purchase site prior to the deadline. • The contractor is cautioned to make careful observations of existing conditions at the site. • The contract documents and attachments are available for download. • The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
