Description
The Lee County Port Authority is seeking landscaping services for Page Field. The scope of work includes mowing, edging, string trimming, weed prevention and removal, pest and disease eradication, pruning and trimming of plants, trees, and grasses, fertilization, mulching, irrigation maintenance and repair, and general clean-up. The contract was awarded to P&T Lawn and Tractor Service, Inc. for a fixed monthly rate of $13,292.00.
• The contract includes alternate pricing for irrigation repairs and soil amendments/new plantings.
• The vendor is required to have a minimum of five years of experience in landscape and two-wire irrigation systems maintenance.
• The vendor is required to have current state of Florida licenses, Lee County licenses/certifications, and current insurance certificate.
• The contract includes a bid bond of five percent of the total amount bid.
