Topeka High School - SW Parking Lot Renovations – Phase I

This contract is for the renovation of the Southwest Parking Lot at Topeka High School. The project includes the removal of wheel blocks and concrete barrier blocks, saw cutting and replacement of existing asphalt, and overlaying with new asphalt. The contract also includes painting of parking stalls and ADA markings. The total bid price for the project is $69,700.00. • The project is located at Topeka High School, 800 SW 10th Street. • The project includes two areas: the Student and Faculty Parking Lot North of 10th Street, and the Student Parking Lot on the West side of the alley. • The contract was awarded to Bettis. • The bid was opened by Carmen Lovan, Buyer.
