Description
This solicitation seeks a single vendor to supply a full suite of swimming‑pool chemicals to the City of Mobile for a six‑month period. The contract is an all‑or‑none sealed bid (full and open competition) with delivery FOB destination to the Mechanical Maintenance Department in Mobile, AL. Vendors must meet licensing, E‑Verify, and, if applicable, foreign‑entity certification requirements, and must provide a 5 % bid bond (if required). The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder that can furnish all listed items, including soda ash, calcium hypochlorite, sodium bicarbonate, chlorine tablets, algaecide, clarifier, stabilizer, muriatic acid, and liquid chlorine. The City retains the right to place additional orders during the contract term.
