Description
The County of Kern is seeking a vendor to provide blueprint reproduction services, related services, and supplies for a period of three years. The services include producing documents from .pdf files, CD ROMs, or flash/thumb drives, scanning documents, and providing electronic sets. The vendor will also be responsible for administering large scale projects, distributing bid documents and addendums, and providing emergency pick up and delivery services. The contract was awarded to Blueprint Service Co. based on their low overall quote meeting all specifications. The contract has a fixed price for the first year, with stated escalation percentages for years two and three.
