This contract is for the installation of a septic system at 7533 Carter Rd. Sagamore Hills, Ohio 44067. The scope of work includes tying into the existing public sewer, pumping, crushing, and filling the existing septic system in accordance with the Local Health Department code. The contract was awarded to Lockhart Concrete Co for a total of $19,999.00.
