Design Services for Mill Creek Basin Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitiation Master Plan

The City of Olathe, Kansas, Public Works Department requested qualified design firms to submit qualifications for the preparation of engineering documents for the Mill Creek Basin Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Master Plan. The plan includes assessing the structural, maintenance, and hydraulic conditions of the Mill Creek collection system, providing a methodology to evaluate and prioritize improvements, identifying solutions to reduce surface water inflow and groundwater infiltration, and recommending a financially sustainable implementation strategy.
