PSA: Weston & Sampson Services (2025 BACKFLOW TESTING)

The City of Lebanon has entered into a professional services agreement with Weston & Sampson Services, Inc. for backflow testing services. The agreement is for a period of one year, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, and has a total contract value of $70,840. The scope of work includes scheduling, testing, and reporting of all NHDES required backflow testing for the year 2025. The consultant will provide a report to the City based on the independent and qualified technical expertise, and will make recommendations to the City regarding the same. Some key points of this contract include: • The City will pay the consultant a total of $50.60 per test, with an estimated 1,400 tests per year, not to exceed $70,840 per year. • The consultant will provide all necessary services and materials to perform the tasks described in the scope of services. • The City reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the consultant. • The consultant shall indemnify and hold harmless the City and its employees, officers, representatives, and agents from any claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or resulting from the consultant's performance under the agreement.
