AIR FILTERS & RELATED SUPPLIES

The County of Orange has awarded a contract to Pritchard Supply, Inc. for air filters and related supplies on an as-needed basis. The contract has a total aggregate contract amount not to exceed $1,400,000, shared between Pritchard Supply, Inc., Pure Process Filtration, Inc., and Medic-Air LLC. The contract term is five years, commencing on June 2, 2022, and ending on June 1, 2027. The contractor shall provide air filters and related supplies in accordance with the scope of work, which includes various types of filters, such as disposable panel filters, pleated panel filters, extended surface mini-pleat filters, extended surface rigid cell filters, and bag filters. The contractor shall also provide miscellaneous air filter supplies, such as filter frames, gaskets, and other related items. The contract includes provisions for payment, pricing, and invoicing, as well as requirements for insurance, indemnification, and termination. Some key points about the job's work and scope-of-work include: • The contractor shall deliver goods to the specified location, unless otherwise directed by the County Project Manager or designee. • The contractor shall provide verification of discounts and pricing prior to payment of any invoice for miscellaneous air filter and/or miscellaneous air filter supplies. • The contractor shall submit a copy of the page directly from the current manufacturer's published price list for any miscellaneous items ordered. • The contractor shall provide an invoice on the contractor's letterhead for goods delivered and/or services rendered, including the contractor's name and address, remittance address, taxpayer ID number, and other relevant information.
