Sand Spreader Hangar/Rack Facility

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the construction of a Sand Spreader Hangar/Rack Facility. The work consists of supplying all labor, materials, and equipment to construct a second spreader rack bay to an existing sand spreader hangar/rack facility. The contract was awarded to A. J. Roberts Industrial with a bid amount of $153,639.00. • The facility will include excavation, grading, footings, concrete floor slab foundation, piers, steel erection, painting, lighting, and electrical work. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference was held on August 25, 2021. • The bid submission deadline was September 7, 2021. • The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals.
